Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 1–3 business days
Made-to-order and personalized pieces: Ship within 5–10 business days

If your shipping address is in Washington State, sales tax will be charged as required by law.
Each piece of jewelry arrives in a jewelry box, ready for gifting.
Damaged Package
We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure it arrives safely. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may need photos of the damaged item and packaging to file an insurance claim, so please hold on to everything. You may also be asked to complete a short insurance form. We'll provide a prepaid return label so you can send the damaged item back.
Lost Package
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If this happens, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
If your package goes missing in transit (before it is marked delivered), we will submit a missing mail search with USPS. If USPS cannot locate your package, we will submit a theft report and ask you to complete a short insurance form.
Once we have all the necessary information, we’ll work with you to find the best way to replace your order.
In the past 19 years, we've shipped over 5,000 packages — and only a handful have been lost or damaged. Thankfully, these situations are rare. But if something does go wrong, we're here to help.

We stand behind our work. Your jewelry is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against defects in craftsmanship or materials.
