Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn't right, please reach out and we'll do what we can to make it right.
Return Window & Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at birgit@twosilvermoons.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Please have your order number or the email used at checkout available.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed automatically. If we receive an unauthorized return, we'll reach out to determine next steps. Return shipping back to you may be required at your expense, and refunds are not guaranteed without prior approval.
Please pack your return securely using the original box or a sturdy replacement - no envelopes. We recommend shipping with tracking so the package can be monitored in transit.
Including your name and order number inside the package helps us process your return more quickly.
If an item is returned in a damaged or altered condition, we may not be able to issue a full refund. In some cases, repair or restoration costs may be deducted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Gift Returns
If your item was a gift, please contact us to arrange a return. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and keep all original packaging materials. We will require photos of the item and packaging, and your cooperation in filing a shipping insurance claim. Without this, we may not be able to complete the claim process or fully resolve the issue.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in texture, finish, and letter spacing are expected and are not considered defects.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Orders over $250 are shipped with signature confirmation. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
Please ensure your shipping address is secure and that someone is available to sign for the package when required.
If you cannot locate your package, please contact us. We will do our best to help, including assisting with a USPS investigation or claim if needed.
Resolving lost or stolen package claims may require your cooperation, such as confirming delivery details, completing and submitting claim forms, and providing any information or documentation requested by the carrier or insurance provider.

Ring Sizing
You are responsible for selecting the correct ring size when placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing and we'll do our best to help.
Not all rings can be resized.
Some rings may not be resizable, including custom, personalized, and one-of-a-kind rings.
Size exchanges may be available for:

Repeatable designs, including those with non-personalized inscriptions
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and guide you through the process.
For higher-value items such as gold rings, size exchanges are limited and may not be available. If an exchange is possible, additional costs such as material and labor may apply.

Please note that custom, personalized, and previously resized items are not eligible for exchange.
