Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your jewelry—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
How to Request a Return
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at birgit@twosilvermoons.com.
Please wait for return approval before sending anything back—unauthorized returns can’t be accepted. - To be eligible:
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to Ship Your Return
- Use the original box or a sturdy replacement—no envelopes, please.
- Include a note with your name, order number, address, and reason for return.
- Ship with tracking and send us the info so we can keep an eye on it.
- Please note that we’re not responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend adding insurance (USPS often includes $100—check your method).
- If the item returns damaged, repair or replacement costs may be deducted—or the item may be sent back if it can't be fixed.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Made-to-order items (including rings made to size, or rings resized for you)
- Sale items
- Earrings with non-removable ear wires or posts (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund minus the following:
- Original shipping costs paid by us
- Credit card processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction), which are not refunded to us by the payment processor
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. Your bank may take a bit longer to post it.

Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return it, and we’ll send you the new item. We’ll bill you for any price difference.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping and any new shipping charges.
Note: If you choose to place a new order instead of going through our exchange process, your original refund will still be subject to credit card processing fees (2.9% + 30¢), which we’re unable to recover.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, we may have already begun crafting your piece and may not be able to cancel it.
Please note: Credit card processing fees—2.9% + 30¢ per transaction—are non-refundable, as they are not returned to us by the payment processor.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We inspect everything with care before it ships, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away—we’ll make it right.
We may request photos and/or ask you to complete a short insurance form to help us file a claim.
