Shipping policy

What shipping method do you use?

Your package will ship via USPS mail with tracking and insurance. You’ll receive a shipping notification with the tracking number when your order ships.

Orders over $250 will ship with signature confirmation required, to ensure they arrive safely.

How soon does my order ship?

  • Ready-made items ship within 1–3 business days
  • Made-to-order and custom items ship within 1–2 weeks.

Production times listed at checkout reflect the current production schedule. These times may change for future orders depending on workload or material availability.

How much does it cost to ship my item?

U.S. orders over $35 

  • USPS standard shipping: Free
  • Priority Mail: $4.80
  • Express Mail: $24 

U.S. orders under $35 

  • USPS standard shipping: $4.80 
  • Priority Mail: $9.60 
  • Express Mail: $28.
  • At this time, I do not ship internationally.

What if my package is damaged during transit?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything arrives damaged, contact me right away. Keep all packaging materials and contents, as they may be needed for an insurance claim.

You may be asked to complete a short insurance form or take photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once I receive the required information, we’ll determine the best way to proceed—either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. 

What if my package goes missing in transit?

 If your package is not delivered and tracking shows no delivery, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll file a missing mail search and a USPS theft report, and submit an insurance claim.

You may be asked to complete a short form or confirm non-delivery. Once we have what’s needed for the claim, your item will be replaced.

Replacement Process for Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost or damaged packages will be replaced—but we do require your help with the insurance claim process. This may include providing photos, filling out a USPS form, or confirming the issue in writing. Without this step, USPS and insurance may deny the claim and a replacement or refund may not be possible. 

Missing packages marked as delivered by USPS

Please note: We are no longer responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS. If you're concerned about theft, we recommend shipping to a secure address or requesting a signature required shipment.
