Shipping policy
What shipping method do you use?
Your package will ship via USPS mail including tracking and insurance. You will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number when your package ships.
How soon do my items ship?
- Ready made items ship within 1-3 days.
- Made to order and custom items ship within 1-2 weeks.
How much does it cost to ship my item?
- US orders over $35 ship free (USPS first class).
- US orders under $35 ship for $4.80 (USPS first class)
- USPS priority mail and express mail upgrades are available.
- I am currently not shipping internationally.
What if my package is damaged during transport?
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact me immediately if the item arrived damaged or if there are any other issues.
If your package arrives damages, please keep all packaging materials and items as those might be needed by insurance.
What if my package goes missing?
Please notify me asap if your item does not arrive as indicated by the tracking information.
I will help you track down your package, should it go missing. I will file the necessary case requests with the USPS postal inspector to locate your package if necessary.
So far all packages have arrived safely.
