Warranty Policy

We stand behind our craftsmanship.

Each piece is handcrafted with care using quality materials. If something goes wrong due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered

We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on all jewelry made by Two Silver Moons. This covers:

  • Defects in materials (e.g., cracks in metal)
  • Faults in craftsmanship

If a problem comes up within that time, please contact us at birgit@twosilvermoons.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

What’s Not Covered

While we create every piece with care, handmade jewelry is not indestructible.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from drops, accidents, or rough handling
  • Tarnish, oxidation, or patina changes
  • Damage from exposure to water, chemicals, or harsh environments
  • Normal wear and tear, like scratches or dents
  • Lost or stolen items

Gemstones are not guaranteed against loss or damage.

Even though diamonds are extremely hard, they are not indestructible—they can still be damaged under certain conditions.

All stones can chip or break with impact, and stones softer than diamonds are more prone to surface wear, scratches, or abrasion over time. While natural stones are full of beauty and character, they’re not immune to the effects of daily life.

We recommend checking your jewelry regularly for loose stones to help prevent loss. If you notice any movement, please contact us—we may be able to tighten or reset the stone before it is lost.

After the Warranty

Need help after the 1-year mark? We’ll do our best to help with any reasonable and feasible repairs on our own work.

Ring Resizing

Whether a ring can be resized depends on its design, construction, and how much it needs to be sized up or down. Not all rings can be resized.

Before we begin, we’ll need to confirm your exact ring size—a precise measurement is essential, as a good fit isn’t possible without it. Once we know how much adjustment is needed, we can determine whether resizing is feasible.

In some cases, you may need to have the ring resized locally.

If resizing is possible, a resizing fee will apply ($18 minimum, based on the ring type), along with any additional material and shipping costs.
